Four Golden Wheels Exercise (December)
Live with more balance and less stress
Available spots
Description
Class meets on two Thursdays: Dec. 4 and Dec. 11, 6:00–8:00 pm Eastern. Everyone who completes this class is invited to join one free weekly practice session — either Sunday Inspired Living Practices (3 meeting options) or Wednesday Connect to Calm at 8:15 pm Eastern. This classic Robert Peng Qigong form is Kathy’s #1 recommendation for beginning or rebooting a sustainable path of relaxation, emotional resilience, and healing. If you are doom-scrolling, overwhelmed, numb, quick to anger, or simply unable to stay present — this practice is medicine. In volatile times, learning how to relax and build energetic stamina is essential to remaining a force of truth and goodness. Four Golden Wheels is a gentle yet powerful practice that strengthens your grounding and resilience. You will learn how Life Force energy (Qi) is cultivated (Gong) through your three centers of awareness — thinking, feeling, and acting — and you’ll learn two breath practices to support real-time energy regulation. Through movement, breath, and visualization, you will develop the core skills required to deeply and sustainably relax. All practices support nervous system regulation, trauma-informed stress recovery, and vagal toning. Kathy Jankowski is a certified breath coach, a trauma-informed Qigong trainer, and a certified Robert Peng Qigong instructor. Payment is based on your ability to pay: $75 (tight budget) or $125. If you cannot afford the tight budget rate, email Kathy at connect@KathyJankowski.com — no one is turned away. Class size is limited so all of your questions can be supported. Qigong is the Art of energy cultivation. The body has three major energy centers — belly, heart, and head — known as dantians. Modern research across neurology, physiology, psychology, and interpersonal neurobiology now confirms what Qigong has taught for centuries: the health and flow of energy in these centers profoundly shapes perception, emotion, mental clarity, behavior, and well-being. Energy wants to move. Practicing Qigong is calisthenics for your energy body — revitalizing from head to toe. Image by Henryk Niestrój from Pixabay.
