A two-session introductory class where you learn the fastest way to reduce and manage stress: breathwork and movement. Will explore the four stages of stress management. Particularly appropriate for people with COVID fog or long-term COVID. It's time to relax! Learn new life skills on how to use gentle Qigong movements and your breath to promote health and wellness.
