Here Comes the Sun Virtual Retreat

The Vernal Equinox, or first day of Spring, is a time of new possibilities. On the Vernal Equinox, the sun is at its zenith over the Earth’s equator. The Earth’s axis tilts neither toward nor away from the sun. Day and night are equal lengths—a day of balance and transition. In the Northern Hemisphere, the energy of the sun is making life beneath the surface stir. Come spend a day nurturing and watering the seeds that have been planted over the past few months. In the morning, we will do a deep breath practice to help strengthen our connections to what is in bud. The day brings reflection, inquiry, conversation, group healing, revived energy, and a vibrant sense of rooted growth. Morning Session is 10:00am-12:30pm. Break. Afternoon Session is 2:00-5:30pm.
