In this transformative workshop series, we will explore the four profound gifts of Stillness, Silence, Solitude, and Surrender—practices that nourish the body, mind, and spirit amidst the noise and volatility of life. Each session will delve into one theme, offering participants a safe and sacred space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through grounding Qigong practices, guided visualizations, and moments of sharing, we will uncover: + The grounding peace of Stillness + The inner wisdom revealed through Silence + The self-connection found in Solitude + The freedom and ease of Surrender This journey invites you to live more fully in the present moment, cultivating resilience, clarity, and joy. Whether you seek personal growth, inner calm, or simply a pause from life’s demands, this series offers tools to align with your true self and the natural flow of life. We will close with an integrated practice of surrender, grounding in the heart’s sweetness and expansive calm to carry into the new year. Leave with a sense of ease, balance, and renewal, willing to flourish no matter what life brings. Classes are held on Zoom and recorded. Participants have access to the recordings for a year.
