The act of sustainably, consistently showing up, marching, making 5 calls, staying informed with HCR (or your fav Substack), and taking numerous meaningful acts of resistance during these troubling times can be depleting. This is why Kathy is hosting a free, one-hour Collective Group Healing on Monday, June 16, 7:00 pm-8:00 pm Eastern—250 years to the day since George Washington, at the age of 43, was named commander-in-chief of the Continental Army. As our first president, Washington shaped the fledgling nation’s executive branch with restraint, dignity, and foresight, refusing monarchy and instead modeling democratic governance. His leadership at critical junctures—militarily, politically, and symbolically—cemented his legacy as the indispensable figure in the founding of the American republic. It's our time, now, to create the future. Group Healing is a gentle, beloved Qigong practice filled with love and light. In modern parlance, it's also an incredibly effective vagal toning exercise for parasympathetic activation. After this practice, you will feel your inner light rekindled and your heart strengthened. You will also get a good night's sleep! Join Kathy on Zoom for this one-hour gathering designed to restore hope, balance, and inner strength. We’ll move together as a field of resilience and renewal. This is a time to reset your nervous system and reconnect to what steadies and sustains you. We’ll breathe, move, and align—awakening vitality and grounding in calm. No experience needed—just bring your body, your breath, and your willingness to show up. Come as you are and be held in a shared space of care, healing, and presence. Together we’ll generate a field of energy to nourish and grow what is good, beautiful, and true.
