Awaken your energy and move like nature with this dynamic blend of breath, movement, and ancient wisdom! In this invigorating and relaxing class, we’ll begin with calming Alternate Nostril Breathing to center the mind and balance the nervous system. Next, we'll open the body with gentle Joint Mobility Qigong to ease stiffness and enhance flow. Then, we'll step into the playful world of Five Animal Qigong, channeling the spirit of the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and crane for strength, agility, joy, grace, and spiritual connection. We’ll finish with a deeply restorative Nourishing Qi practice to absorb and harmonize the energy cultivated, leaving you revitalized, vibrant, and at peace.
