It's time to relax! Learn 7 movement and breathing skills that will help you reduce stress. If you practice these skills just 15 minutes a day, you will begin to rebalance your nervous system. You will sleep better, feel more grounded, be less irritated, develop resilience, reduce inflammation, and have more curiosity, compassion, and positive energy to bring to your life, relationships, and work. All participants receive video and audio recordings so they can keep practicing. This 2-hour class is being held on the following dates and times.
