Join Kathy for a 2-hour class to learn the 7 most important mind-body skills for balancing your nervous system. Learn how to decrease your stress levels, improve your mental functioning, experience more agency, and enhance your health and wellness. This class is recorded so participants can master the skills in their own time. All participants receive an original musical recording to support their holistic movement and breathwork journey!
