A two-session introductory class where you learn the fastest way to reduce and manage stress: breathwork and movement. Will be customized to participants, especially those who with long-term COVID. Class-size limited to ensure students get personal attention. It's time to relax! Learn new life skills on how to use gentle Qigong movements and your breath to promote health and wellness.
