Harmonize and find balance by establishing a consistent Qigong and breathwork practice. Tone your vagus nerves, balance your nervous system, and live with more love and laughter. Classes meet 5 times a week, $15 a class. Buy the "Make Time" plan and save $10 on four classes or sign up for 10 classes of your choice over 4 weeks. • 45-minute classes are Mon, 8:00-8:45 am; Thurs, 4:00-4:45 pm; and Fri, 12:00-12:45 pm • 1-hour classes are Sun, 10:00-11:00 am and Tues, 4:00-5:00 pm • All times are Eastern Standard Time Consistent practice is key to changing and thriving!
