Harmonize and find balance by establishing a consistent Qigong and breathwork practice. Sign up for a plan that meets your schedule: one class a week for $15 a class; 10 classes every 4 weeks for $50; or 20 classes every 4 weeks for $75. • 30-minute classes are Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri, 12:00-12:30 pm • 1-hour classes are Sundays, 10:00-11:00 am or 2:30-3:30 pm; Tuesdays, 7:30-8:30 pm; and Thursdays, 7:30-8:30 am • All times are EST, Eastern Standard Time Movement and breathwork practices mirror the cycles of each breath: activation, circulation, and rest. This is why combining Qigong and breathwork is a powerful, evidence-based, optimal approach to self-care and stress management. More importantly, regular practice rewires your nervous system at the cellular level and helps you sustain your choices to live a healthier, more vibrant, and joy-filled life. • Practice gentle, subtle, and effective skills to release tension and stress • Strengthen self-awareness and empathy, the #1 leadership skill • Improve relationships and become a better communicator • Increase creativity, focus, and wisdom and live with more ease • Break bad habits and heal traumas stored in the body A double rainbow is considered a symbol of transformation and is a sign of good fortune. The first arc represents the material world, and the second arc signifies the spiritual realm. Through movement and breathing, learn to integrate your inner life with your outer world, transform stress, and reach your potential. Be the light!
