Holiday Schedule: We will meet on Dec. 7 and 14 and then break for 2 weeks. We live in a time of transition. For some of us, it can be overwhelming. For others, we want to show up with more grounded presence. Even before the pandemic, more than 90% of the people Kathy welcomed into trainings had unhealthy breathing patterns. Their stress response systems rarely shut down – even when sleeping. It's not surprising that a federal panel of medical experts recently recommended that doctors screen all adult patients under the age of 65 for anxiety. Come join Kathy on Wednesday evenings at 8:15 pm EST to learn and practice an evidence-based approach to vagal toning and deep relaxation. This experiential practice, which includes movement and breathing, helps you strengthen and deepen the connections that support nervous system safety.
