Description
Come join Kathy on Wednesday evenings at 8:15 pm Eastern to learn and practice an evidence-based approach to vagal toning and deep relaxation. This experiential practice, which includes movement and conscious breathing, helps you strengthen and deepen the connections that support nervous system safety. This Spring, we are enjoying swaying practices that support deeper emotional balance. From a good night’s sleep to a day filled with a little more ease, compassion, and curiosity, regular practice of these skills will help you become more balanced and resilient.
