*Please note we will not have class on November 22. Come join Kathy on Wednesday evenings at 8:15 pm EST to learn and practice an evidence-based approach to vagal toning and deep relaxation. This experiential practice, which includes movement and breathing, helps you strengthen and deepen the connections that support nervous system safety.
