This winter we will practice simple truths: Qi moves us. Movement awakens breath. Breath gathers the heart-mind. And as the inner field coheres, spirit naturally lifts and settles into radiant patterns. We feel drawn into our lives again: tensions soften and inner guidance becomes easier to trust. In this 9-week series, we begin by sensing the space around us as whole through Six-Directional Grounding & Alignment movement practices. We explore the six directions—up/down, front/back, left/right—while strengthening the centerline within. You’ll feel steady, centered, and connected in your whole body, so breath naturally deepens. From that steadiness, we practice Healing Sounds with Movements to circulate Qi through the organ-meridian system, support release and clearing, nourish a return to inner wholeness, and surrender to Abiding Presence. Each week we explore one organ pair in depth and sense into the qualities of transformation, of essence, that arise as we choose to return to our natural healthy condition. Warmth replaces fragmentation, clarity replaces doubt, courage replaces contraction, self-regard replaces unnecessary suffering, and the participatory present moment becomes tangible. What you’ll practice each week (120 minutes): • Six-Directional Grounding & Alignment: up/down, front/back, and left/right; and the center holds (Abiding Presence) • Healing Sounds with Movements for initiating new cycles of return, release, clearing, and nourishment • Weekly Anchors & Affirmations to deepen embodiment and carry essence practices into daily life, working with “Enneagram Transformations” by Don Richard Riso • Partner debriefs to integrate what you’re learning into a more vital, aligned, compassionate, and harmonious way of living Who this is for: The focus of this series is on anchoring the direct experience of Essence and states of liberation, setting in motion a revelatory 2026! This series is for anyone who wants a steady, nourishing practice that also deeply relaxes the nervous system. No prior Qigong experience is needed. You’ll be guided step-by-step, with seated and standing options. We start with space to remember Abiding Presence, and we use sound to restore inner wholeness. Awaken your whole body's innate capacities for deep rest, renewal, and rebirth. The class is $325 but, if you are on a tight budget, please choose $275 from the menu.
