Join Kathy on Sundays to cultivate the steady, grounded energy needed to meet the moment with eyes open, heart protected, and feet firmly on the ground. Class meets at (1) 8:00 am-9:00 am or (2) 11:00 am -12:00 pm Eastern. Spring is a season of rebirth and growth. As buds begin to open and the earth stirs awake, we are reminded that life moves in cycles of transformation. Spring Qigong helps us welcome this fresh energy into our own bodies, awakening circulation, vitality, and a renewed sense of participation in life. The spring buds also bring inspiration. They remind us that our practice is not only a way of returning, but of returning changed. Through devotion to cultivating awareness of Life Force, we learn to live more consciously within these cycles of renewal. The stillness of winter gives us a place to rest, listen, and gather ourselves; spring invites us to rise again, carrying forward new perspectives born from that quiet. In our Sunday practices this spring, we will explore movements that support protection, balance, and inner growth. Together, we align with the energy of the season and nourish a steadier, more spacious way of meeting what is opening within and around us. And when we practice in good company, we are supported by a field that strengthens intention and encourages transformation. Spring is in the air. Join a community of supportive, dedicated practitioners, and let Life Force grow you. You will flower, too! *We recommend you take the Four Golden Wheels class as introduction to Qigong and breathwork.
