Private sessions with Kathy offer a dedicated time for personal support, deeper learning, and meaningful integration. Each 90-minute Zoom session is tailored to your needs and designed to help you cultivate greater steadiness, reduce bracing, and soften the heart. *Qigong & Breathwork for Stress Resilience: This session is for those who want practical support for stress management, nervous system regulation, and everyday resilience. Whether you are new to these practices or looking to strengthen your foundation, Kathy will guide you through simple, effective tools that help calm the body, settle the mind, and restore a greater sense of balance. Your session includes gentle Qigong movements, coherent breathing, and personalized guidance for building a practice that supports you in daily life. Rooted in time-tested methods and informed by modern neuroscience, these sessions help you develop skills that are both accessible and sustainable. This is your space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn practices you can trust when life feels demanding. *Inspired Living Coaching: Coaching is for advanced students who are currently participating in classes or inner work groups and want one-on-one support for the deeper work of transformation. These sessions are especially valuable for students engaging the Enneagram, the Instincts, and the Levels of Development, and may also include integrative breathwork. What makes this work distinctive is Kathy’s ability to weave together Qigong, breathwork, and the Enneagram into a deeply embodied path of transformation. Real, sustainable change becomes possible when insight is joined with energetic awareness and the capacity to work skillfully with patterns as they arise. In these sessions, students learn not only to understand their conditioning, but to soften its grip, deepen embodiment, and participate more consciously in sustainable growth and transformation. This integrative approach strengthens psychological capacity and grounded self-awareness. Clients value clarifying what is unfolding through presence and the direct experience of living from what is essential (rather than reactive).
