Rise Resilient! is a Qigong practice designed to help you meet the day with steadiness, clarity, and strength from within. Each session combines Qigong movements that release physical tension, calm emotional reactivity, and reduce anxiety integrated with coherent breathing to balance your nervous system and self-massage to reconnect with your body and the flow of life. For those of you with busy mornings but want a regular boost, Tuesday's class is 4:00 pm-4:45 pm Eastern! This class is your daily anchor to: • Cultivate calm and presence as the foundation for your day • Release accumulated stress and overwhelming emotions • Strengthen your capacity to respond with goodwill • Meet a chaotic world with balance and kindness. This is an excellent followup from the 7 Skills class, but no experience necessary. Just show up, move, breathe, and begin your day rooted and resilient. Six class options each week: • Mon, 9:00 am-9:45 am Eastern • Tue: 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm Eastern • Wed: 7:30 am - 8:15 am and 9:00 am-9:45 am Eastern • Thur: 10:00 am -10:45 am Eastern • Fri: 9:00 am-9:45 am Eastern Two price options. $25 per class or buy a plan and get 10 classes for $100 - good for 3 months.
