Rise Resilient! is a Qigong morning practice designed to help you meet the day with steadiness, clarity, and strength from within. Each session combines Qigong movements that release physical tension, calm emotional reactivity, and reduce anxiety followed by coherent breathing to balance your nervous system and self-massage to reconnect with your body and the flow of life. This class is your daily anchor to: • Cultivate calm and presence as the foundation for your day • Release accumulated stress and overwhelming emotions • Strengthen your capacity to respond with goodwill • Meet a sometimes chaotic world with balance and kindness. This is an excellent followup from the 7 Skills class, but no experience necessary. Just show up, move, breathe, and begin your day rooted and resilient. Eight classes each week: • Tues: 7:15 am-8:00 am Eastern • Wed, Fri: 8:00 am-8:45 am Eastern • Mon, Wed, Fri: 9:00 am-9:45 am Eastern • Wed, Thur: 10:00 am -10:45 am Eastern • No classes on May 23 -27; June 26-27; July 2-3 Three price options. $25 per class or two plan options: 6 classes for $90; or 10 classes for $100.
