Neutral Heart Inner Work Group Apr-June

Please note: a prerequisite for this inner work practice group is Cultivating the Neutral Heart class. Our new series beings Monday, April 29, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Eastern, and runs 8 weeks. No class on May 27 (Memorial Day). In this series, we will continue to work with Qigong embodiment practices that unwind tensions and resistance, releasing a flow of energy that allows the Neutral Heart to rest and open. We will work with postures that help us sense YinYang's subtle power all throughout our bodies. In addition, we will explore the practical dimensions of higher states of consciousness, sustainably embodied through Robert Peng Qigong practices. We will continue to steward individual and collective growth, healing, and co-creation, living fused with the Virtues, Holy Ideas, and Verdancy (the instinct to flourish). Energy wants to move! We will cultivate Qi and the direct experience of Life Force in the Four Golden Wheels with practices that gently transform attachment, rejection, frustration, and stagnant energy into their natural states, including dynamism, mutuality, emergence, and reunion.
